      
Veterans' Education and Training : Veterans who are eligible for education and training benefits are entitled to a monthly allowance while attending Gem City College in an approved program of study. Information in regard to eligibility and subsistence allowance should be secured from your area veterans' office. According to the requirements of Title 38, Section 1775, of the United States Code, Veterans' Benefits, copies of this catalog, certified as correct in content and policy, have been transmitted to the State approving agency.
