      
PLACEMENT SERVICES: Graduates of the School of Horology are located in challenging and rewarding career positions throughout the United States. Gem City College students are entitled to the help of the Placement Department, one of the most important services to the student. This department has three important functions: To provide guidance for a student during training, to help obtain a first position, and to assist graduates seeking new positions. No guarantee of employment is possible; however, the Placement Department has been very successful in assisting graduates to find employment in the general location and field of their preference. Gem City College, School of Horology is known to jewelers in all parts of the country through advertising in trade journals. More employment offers for graduates are received than can be filled by current students. School
